Pilot Program 2026

Recharge. Re-align. Resource.

RE:SOURCE is a three-day immersive retreat in nature for teams feeling stuck and ready to see their deeper patterns, so they can grow beyond them.

Is this for you?

Who is RE:SOURCE for?

You've probably already tried a one-off workshop, a leadership training programme, or individual coaching. Each helped for a little while, but the old patterns of team dysfunction came back. Most team development approaches only work on the surface symptoms. Lasting change needs to address root causes on the individual, relational, and systemic levels.

This is you

  • You sense that the problems your team has are deeper than roles and accountabilities
  • You know the team has more potential than the current dynamic allows
  • You're ready to look honestly at root causes and stick with a solution to address them

This is not you

  • Teams looking for a surface level activities offsite for team building
  • Teams in acute conflict who need mediation first
  • Organisations hoping for quick fixes or bandaids - deep change takes time
What is RE:SOURCE?

A three day immersive team retreat in Nature.

Most change programmes treat teams like machines to be fixed and optimized: implement the program, change the structures, see the results. But teams are not machines. They are living, organic systems that will tend to resist change at first to maintain the status quo of the system.

RE:SOURCE is designed with that reality in mind. We integrate inner individual work with relational systemic work to support a change process that unfolds in a way that honors the natural ways human beings grow together.

Rooted in natural rhythms

We work outside, in nature, away from screens and schedules. Natural settings change how people think, feel, and relate to each other.

Inner work meets systems thinking

Most team development works on either the person or the organisation. We work both layers at once — because you can't change how a team operates without touching how the people in it relate to themselves and each other.

We stay with you through the back-loops

The retreat opens the door. We follow up after to make sure the changes integrate. After, we can discuss a 6-12 month supported engagement for long-term change.

The RE:SOURCE Philosophy

Pause. Understand. Grow.

RE:SOURCE is designed around a three part pattern: Pause, Understand, Grow. We often believe that the causes of team challenges are obvious on the surface, but the root causes tend to be less obvious. This pattern allows us to open a space for deeper awareness of the genuine condition of the team, so we can create the conditions for sustainable change to unfold.

Phase 1

Pause

Pausing is an invitation to slow down and arrive. Through grounding, reflection, and awareness exercises, we let go and come to the present moment together.

  • Individual reflection and inner work to slow down and notice how you are arriving
  • Nature-based practices for grounding and self-awareness
  • Body-based work to sense what's happening in you before trying to sense what's happening in the team
Phase 2

Understand

Here, we surface what's present in the existing patterns of how the team relates to each other. When everyone in the team feels seen and understood, growth becomes possible.

  • Group dialogue: how do we currently work together? What doesn't feel good?
  • Mapping the patterns of what's said, what's avoided, where energy gets stuck
  • Understanding why your dynamics make sense given your history and context
Phase 3

Grow

After pausing and understanding, something naturally wants to shift. This pillar is about meeting those impulses and giving them form.

  • Concrete commitments: specific changes to how you'll work differently together
  • New shared practices and rituals designed around this team's particular patterns
  • Planning and intention setting for the months after to support sustained change
How It Works

From first conversation to lasting change

The retreat begins long before day one — and doesn't end when you leave the weekend recharged.

Before the Retreat

Discovery Call (30 min.)

We explore together whether the format fits your team and your goals.

Intake Call & Pre-survey

Expectations, current state, individual topics — so we come prepared.

The Retreat & After

Arrival & Opening

Arrive, let go of the everyday, open the container.

Day 1 — Intention & Self-Encounter

What brought me here? What do I actually want? Stillness, nature, inner work.

Day 2 — Meeting as Humans

Beyond roles: how do we really see each other? Dialogue spaces, relational practices.

Day 3 — WE-Work: Systems, Vision, Next Steps

Shared values, pattern work, concrete actions to bring back to the organisation.

Bridge Call — Integration into Working Life

What has shifted? What do you need next? Handover to the next phase.

What you take home

What shifts

After the retreat is over, you'll bring home tangible commitments, practices, and team rituals to integrate into your daily working rhythms. You'll also leave with a shared sense of connection to yourself, each other, and a common purpose.

A shared direction

Purpose is an organic, evolving north star that is co-created by the team. You'll leave with a connection to that purpose that enables better decision making as the group adapts to new circumstances and challenges.

Stronger working relationships

The time away together fosters stronger relational bonds between team members and a sense that disagreement can be about the work and not each other. This helps reduce unnecessary conflict and opens the door to enhanced collaboration.

Practical tools

Tools and practices for both the individuals and the team that support bringing the "pause, understand, grow" pattern into the working environment. Anchored in the body and evidence-based neuroscience, these practices support co-regulation and sense-making as teams navigate complex challenges together.

Psychological safety

Conflict is a source of energy and creativity, but it is avoided when teams fear harming relationships that matter. You'll leave with a deeper sense of trust and safety to have courageous conversations and use the conflict as fuel for better solutions and outcomes.

An honest note

Real change doesn't move in a straight line. It is a non-linear, complex process. There will be moments after this retreat where things feel harder before they feel better. These are moments when individuals push back, energy dips, or old patterns resurface. Though uncomfortable, this is a sign that something is actually shifting. We prepare you for that process so you can stick with it to a better working dynamic over time.

Who you're working with

The Team

Two facilitators. One working from the inside out to support shifts in individual consciousness and psychological structure. The other working outside in from the systemic and structural layer. Both overlapping and uniting around the relational layer of connection between individuals needed for natural, sustainable change to unfold.
